This Food and Beverage Management position located at 4711 Best Rd, College Park, Georgia, is a full-time, management career opportunity offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25.77 to $27.88, with eligibility for bonuses and relocation assistance. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily food and beverage/culinary operations, ensuring both guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining operational budgets and compliance with relevant standards and legal obligations. The role requires managing orders for supplies, supervising shift operations, supporting monthly self-inspection programs, overseeing staffing levels, and fostering a supportive and cooperative team environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
  • 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
  • ability to work full time

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, assists in ordering cleaning supplies and uniforms
  • supervises daily food and beverage shift operations and ensures compliance with policies, standards and procedures
  • supports and supervises monthly self-inspection program
  • operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
  • supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational and financial goals
