Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related major
- Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
- Ability to supervise daily operations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage staffing levels
- Knowledge of compliance with policies and standards

Job Duties
- Assists in the ordering of food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and ensures compliance with all policies, standards and procedures
- Supports and supervises a monthly self-inspection program
- Operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
- Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives
- Encourages and builds trust, respect and cooperation among team members
- Coordinates cleaning program in all food and beverage areas, identifying trends and recommending improvements
