Job Requirements
- more than two years of post high school education
- valid unexpired manager food handlers certification
- valid unexpired TIPS Basset certification
- one to two years of employment in a related position
- excellent oral communication skills
- knowledge of chemicals and agents for training purposes
- ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 20-40 lbs
- ability to stand and move around for 95% of shift
- ability to bend as needed
- ability to climb stairs
- adherence to liquor liability laws
- knowledge of emergency procedures
- ability to work inside and tolerate temperatures exceeding 100 degrees when required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in managing daily restaurant operations, room service, bar, and catering
- maintain menu updates and promotions
- oversee guest service and handle guest comments and complaints
- implement beverage and liquor control procedures ensuring liquor law compliance
- support training and supervise service staff
- monitor food preparation and beverage presentation
- assist with scheduling, payroll, and recruitment
- maintain condition of dining areas, lobby lounge, morsels, mini bar, and room service
- monitor food and liquor requisitions and minimize waste
- ensure adherence to safety and emergency procedures
- communicate with guests and collect feedback
