- Must be available to work a flexible schedule during the week including weekends and holidays
- Minimum of 2 years food and beverage management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage operations in Springhouse Cafe
- Manage scheduling, forecasting, and training of staff
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as internal operating procedures
- Coordinate special events at the hotel
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager and another Assistant Manager
- Maintain effective cost control measures
- Provide excellent communication and leadership to the team
