  • Minimum of 2 years food and beverage management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee food and beverage operations in Springhouse Cafe
  • Manage scheduling, forecasting, and training of staff
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as internal operating procedures
  • Coordinate special events at the hotel
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager and another Assistant Manager
  • Maintain effective cost control measures
  • Provide excellent communication and leadership to the team
