The role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at The Seabird Resort plays a vital part in maintaining the high standards of service and operational excellence that the resort is known for. This position involves overseeing the food and beverage outlets within the hotel, focusing on areas such as scheduling, forecasting, training, and ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws along with all internal operating procedures. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is also responsible for coordinating special events, providing leadership and coaching to the front-of-house team, and assisting with weekly payroll and tip distribution for the outlet. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication and analytical skills, adept at handling customer complaints swiftly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years in food and beverage management

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
