Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of progressive food and beverage experience including supervisory responsibilities
- strong knowledge of restaurant and bar service standards and guest service recovery
- ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment
- experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic reporting
- strong communication skills
- flexible schedule availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Job Qualifications

- experience with banquets and events
- beverage knowledge including wine, spirits, and cocktails
- certifications such as ServSafe or alcohol service certification
Job Duties
- Support daily operations for assigned outlets
- maintain floor presence during peak periods
- ensure consistent execution of service standards
- assist with opening and closing duties
- supervise and support colleagues and supervisors
- provide coaching and feedback
- assist with onboarding and training
- support scheduling and attendance management
- promote a positive culture of accountability and teamwork
- handle guest concerns and escalate appropriately
- monitor guest feedback and implement improvements
- build rapport with repeat guests
- support department performance through labor management and cost-conscious decision-making
- assist with cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation
- drive revenue through suggestive selling and promotions
- support inventory processes
- partner with Culinary and Stewarding leaders for quality and sanitation
- support banquet and event execution
- assist with continuous improvement initiatives
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- reinforce responsible alcohol service policies
- maintain a safe and clean environment
