Job Requirements
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- two or more years prior food and beverage leadership experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- effective communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to train, lead, and motivate team members
- knowledge of wine and beverage service in upscale settings preferred
