Job Requirements

  • Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • two or more years prior food and beverage leadership experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to train, lead, and motivate team members
  • knowledge of wine and beverage service in upscale settings preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of prior food and beverage leadership experience preferred
  • refined written and verbal communication skills
  • wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills

Job Duties

  • Scheduling and managing daily food and beverage operations
