Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs as needed
  • Fast-paced member-focused club environment
  • Indoor and outdoor service areas depending on event and season

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferably in a club hospitality or upscale restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist in the daily management of all food and beverage operations including dining outlets banquets and special events
  • Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met
  • Support hiring training scheduling and performance management of service staff
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor engaging with members and guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of service
  • Assist in planning and executing club events tournaments and private functions
  • Monitor service quality cleanliness and overall presentation of dining areas
  • Support inventory management ordering and cost controls including COGS tracking
  • Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation standards
  • Handle member feedback professionally and resolve any service-related concerns
