Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs as needed

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferably in a club hospitality or upscale restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist in the daily management of all food and beverage operations including dining outlets banquets and special events
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met
- Support hiring training scheduling and performance management of service staff
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor engaging with members and guests to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of service
- Assist in planning and executing club events tournaments and private functions
- Monitor service quality cleanliness and overall presentation of dining areas
- Support inventory management ordering and cost controls including COGS tracking
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation standards
- Handle member feedback professionally and resolve any service-related concerns
