Job Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated strong English communication skills with guests, team members, and management both in person and over the phone
- Experience supervising front office operations and leading a team
- Knowledgeable in hotel policies, property management systems, and cash handling procedures
- Experience in food and beverage operations management
- Ability to maintain regulatory compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to provide training, coaching, and real-time performance feedback
Job Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills in person and over the phone with professional phone etiquette

Job Duties
- Supervise front office operations by leading team members through check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest service procedures
- Lead day-to-day front office operations by providing training, coaching, and real-time feedback
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, property management systems, cash handling procedures, and front office standards
- Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting
- Assist with the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements
- Ensure food presentation meets quality standards and monitor cost and portion controls
- Assist in supervising and developing team members by providing training, scheduling, feedback, and recognition
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
