The property features an award-winning culture that fosters inclusivity and a supportive work environment, making it a beloved destination for travelers and a great place for team members to grow their careers. Hilton, as a global leader in the hospitality industry since 1919, prides itself on quality, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences. The Hilton Motif Seattle is part of this prestigious family, ensuring that its employees and guests alike benefit from the high standards and values Hilton is renowned for worldwide.

The Hilton Motif Seattle’s newly renovated restaurant, Frolik Kitchen Cocktails, is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves assisting in the daily management of all food and beverage operations within the hotel, including the restaurant, banquets, and room service. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will contribute significantly to delivering outstanding guest service while maintaining financial profitability. Key responsibilities include overseeing guest service quality, inventory, outlet reservations, and budget forecasting, along with managing team performance and participating in marketing and departmental meetings.

This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to fostering an environment that promotes both guest satisfaction and team member development. The Assistant Manager will ensure consistency in food quality and presentation, monitor costs, resolve guest concerns, and guarantee compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards. Flexibility is essential, as the role demands availability during varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays to support the high-volume restaurant environment.

Joining Hilton Motif Seattle means becoming part of a company that cares deeply about its team members' mental and physical well-being. Team members enjoy comprehensive benefits such as medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, along with mental health resources. Employees accrue paid time off and have access to a supportive parental leave program supplemented above state benefits. The hotel offers a Go Hilton travel discount program, a matching 401(k) plan, an employee stock purchase program with discounts, and debt-free education opportunities. Other perks include complimentary meals during shifts, commuter benefits for public transportation, discounted onsite parking, and access to recognition and rewards programs.

The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations, preferably with exposure to high-volume upscale restaurant settings as a server or bartender. Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, spirits, and experience with POS and reservation management software are highly valued. The ability to lead and develop team members, handle guest inquiries professionally, and maintain a positive, productive work environment aligned with Hilton’s core values—hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency—is critical to success in this role.

Overall, this is an exciting career opportunity for motivated hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and want to grow within a respected global brand. Hilton Motif Seattle offers a rewarding blend of competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a culture that champions personal and professional development. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will play an essential role in ensuring the highest operational standards while contributing to the hotel’s continued success and reputation for excellence.
