Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food and beverage management or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations including guest service quality control inventory reservations marketing and reporting
  • Assist with the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies monitoring trends gathering feedback and driving continuous improvements
  • Ensure food presentation meets high standards and monitor cost and portion controls to maximize value
  • Assist in supervising and developing team members by providing training scheduling feedback and recognition
  • Maintain compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Support marketing initiatives for the dining outlets
