Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in using reservation and management software

Job Duties

  • Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence: assist with the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
  • Deliver consistent quality: ensure food presentation meets high standards and monitor cost and portion controls to maximize value
  • Support team performance and development: assist in supervising and developing team members by providing training, scheduling, feedback and recognition to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Uphold regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
