Job Duties

  • Support seamless operations by assisting in managing daily food and beverage operations including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting
  • Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence by assisting with the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements
  • Deliver consistent quality by ensuring food presentation meets high standards and monitoring cost and portion controls to maximize value
  • Support team performance and development by assisting in supervising and developing team members through training, scheduling, feedback, and recognition
  • Uphold regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations ensuring guest and team member wellbeing
