Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years supervisory experience in a restaurant or beverage department
- Appropriate licensure
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference

Job Duties

- Participate in recruitment, interviewing, testing, selection, orientation, and training of team members
- Schedule, evaluate, and train staff ensuring adherence to customer service standards
- Ensure efficient floor operations for customer satisfaction
- Review and approve personnel actions such as hiring, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary measures
- Provide emergency coverage for various positions in the department
- Maximize cost effectiveness by monitoring budgets, labor, and beverage benchmarks
- Manage inventories of spirits and wine, ensuring security of alcohol
- Complete and renew Alcohol Awareness Training and certifications
