Job Requirements
- authorized to work in the us
- minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury food and beverage environment
- strong operational knowledge of food service beverage management and guest engagement
- proficiency with micros sevenrooms and opera systems highly preferred
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across departments
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
- ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism
- flexible schedule including availability for evenings weekends and holidays
- tips and servsafe certifications required or ability to obtain upon hire
- ability to lift push and carry up to 45 lbs
- prolonged standing and walking required
- comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a variety of climates
- sensitivity to cultural nuances and commitment to amans philosophy of genuine intuitive service

Job Duties
- support the management of all aspects of food and beverage operations including order taking service delivery and guest satisfaction across all dining venues
- ensure smooth coordination between service and culinary teams to guarantee timely and accurate order delivery
- maintain exceptional service standards through consistent supervision training and performance feedback
- handle guest inquiries feedback and special requests promptly and professionally
- support daily pre-shift meetings to ensure alignment on service goals and guest preferences
- coordinate the execution and delivery of guest amenities and special occasions across departments maintaining meticulous records in line with brand standards
- train mentor and supervise f&b team members to ensure consistent adherence to policies procedures and service expectations
