Job Requirements
- minimum 1-2 years of line supervisory experience in food & beverage
- experience in a luxury environment and knowledge of Honolulu and surrounding areas desired
- working knowledge of food & beverage operations
- knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding environment
- ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations and guests
- proficiency in English both written and spoken
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in training, leading, motivating, coaching F&B host to ensure company and department standards are met
- actively participate and contribute in promotional activities
- effectively schedule hosts and monitor inventory to control department costs
- provide recommendations for improvements and solutions to generate revenue and maximize profits
- certify quality dining experience through effective interactions with guests
- be knowledgeable about food and beverage products
- appropriately communicate and cultivate effective relationships with hosts and leadership to ensure operational excellence
- regularly attend operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
- create and nurture a great place to work for all
