Located in a vibrant city setting, this boutique hotel has quickly become a cherished destination for both locals and visitors looking to experience a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. The hotel features a total of 106 rooms, including 88 stylish rooms and 18 suites, one of which is a 2,250 square foot signature suite. Its design incorporates Western cultural elements such as boot jacks and hat racks combined with modern furnishings, lighting, and artwork, creating an inviting environment that echoes the spirit of frontier valor and adventure.

Bowie House serves as more than just accommodation; it is a social hub with an array of engaging spaces that encourage conviviality and camaraderie. Guests can enjoy a cocktail in the cozy library lounge, indulge in the culinary delights of the signature restaurant while overlooking the outdoor terraces, or unwind in the relaxing cabanas by the second-story infinity pool that gazes into a tranquil garden oasis. The hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences is evident in every aspect, from the thoughtfully curated design to its attentive and personalized service. Bowie House is part of the prestigious Auberge Collection, a portfolio known for extraordinary hotels and resorts that emphasize luxury, innovative wellbeing, and an authentic connection to local culture.

The role we are offering is pivotal in upholding the high standards of Bowie House’s food and beverage operations. Responsibilities include maintaining quality control over food preparation and service, implementing financial management practices like budgeting and cost control, and ensuring strict compliance with state and local regulations, particularly regarding responsible alcohol service.

In addition, this position involves training, mentoring, and motivating the F&B team to uphold a culture of excellence and professionalism. Your ability to coordinate seamlessly between front-of-house and kitchen staff will be essential in delivering flawless service that meets the expectations of our discerning guests. Inventory management and resource optimization are also key aspects, ensuring that operations run efficiently while minimizing waste. Engaging with guests to collect and respond to feedback will enable continuous improvements in service quality, reinforcing Bowie House’s reputation for outstanding hospitality.
