Job Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership role within food and beverage operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- Experience in guest service, budgeting, scheduling, and staff development
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive motion tasks
- U.S. work authorization required
