Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards
- Familiarity with policies and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- Ability to work flexible schedules including all shifts weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing all facets of the food and beverage outlet ensuring consistent and thoughtful service
- Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the hotel’s room service department to meet cultural and core standards
- Engage in long-range strategic planning for outlet operation
- Be visible in the operation to provide recognition and promote good public relations
- Handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
