The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the operations of various dining outlets, including restaurants, room service, pool and beach venues, and the bar lounge, ensuring a consistent delivery of high-quality, memorable guest experiences across all points of contact.
This leadership role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and who is adept at managing multiple teams. The individual will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through effective coordination with culinary and service teams, overseeing inventory management, scheduling, cost control, and maintaining rigorous health and safety standards. Beyond operational responsibilities, the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will also engage creatively by collaborating on menu design and promotional strategies to keep the resort’s dining experiences fresh, engaging, and aligned with guest expectations. Handling guest concerns swiftly and professionally will be paramount to maintaining the resort’s reputation for impeccable service and guest satisfaction.
The role demands flexibility, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the resort’s diverse venues and ensure that service standards remain uncompromised at all times. This position offers a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $72,000 gross, along with comprehensive benefits that reflect Four Seasons’ commitment to employee welfare.
