Your ability to manage employee relations effectively ensures that all team members perform to their best abilities, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. Managing schedules and delegating tasks efficiently will be part of your daily duties, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.

You will also assist in financial management activities such as budgeting, inventory control, payroll, and accounting, helping to meet and exceed revenue goals through strategic monitoring and management of sales and labor costs. Engaging directly with membership, you will enhance guest experiences by responding to feedback, resolving complaints, and driving overall member satisfaction to encourage repeat visits and build lasting relationships.
