This role is centered on operational leadership within Hyatt's Food & Beverage department, overseeing day-to-day activities across multiple outlets including Sway Restaurant, 22 Storys Lobby Lounge, Market, and Digital Dining. The position requires a hands-on approach to managing staffing, inventory, scheduling, and payroll to ensure outlet readiness and optimal performance. Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- 2-3 years food and beverage supervisory or management experience
- Experience with food and beverage systems such as Simphony EMC RealTime TOCK and Dimensions or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Dependability and accountability
- Passion to motivate and inspire others to provide excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years food and beverage supervisory or management experience

- Experience with various food and beverage systems including Simphony EMC RealTime TOCK and Dimensions or similar
- Strong service driven organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for scheduling reporting and operational planning
- Beverage knowledge and experience preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations including outlet readiness staffing inventory scheduling and payroll
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for multiple food and beverage outlets including restaurants lounges and digital dining platforms
- Collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen service culture drive engagement and achieve business goals
- Partner with hotel leadership and cross-functional teams to implement service operational and colleague engagement initiatives
- Manage colleague development to inspire and motivate team members in delivering memorable guest experiences
- Monitor and manage food and beverage systems and technologies to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt standards and health safety regulations
