Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant setting
- proven leadership and coaching abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle guest complaints and special requests professionally

Job Duties
- select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s All-Day or Fine Dining Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met

- handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
- describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
