Job Requirements
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years as food and beverage management preferred
- wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel
- schedule and forecast staffing needs
- train food and beverage staff
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and hotel operating procedures
- coordinate special events at the hotel
- manage food and beverage cost control
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
