Job Requirements

  • Open availability including nights and weekends
  • authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to comply with all applicable laws and hotel policies
  • experience in food and beverage operations
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced hotel environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years as food and beverage management preferred
  • wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • prior hotel experience preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule
  • team player
  • dynamic leader

Job Duties

  • Oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel
  • schedule and forecast staffing needs
  • train food and beverage staff
  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and hotel operating procedures
  • coordinate special events at the hotel
  • manage food and beverage cost control
  • communicate effectively with team members and guests
