We are currently seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our Food & Beverage team as we prepare to open Oribu, our upscale MediterrAsian restaurant. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our various dining outlets, including restaurants, in-room dining, and the exclusive Grand Club lounge. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will collaborate closely with other Food & Beverage leaders to oversee daily operations, ensuring that the highest standards of service and quality are maintained throughout the hotel’s venues.

This position demands a proactive leader who has experience managing busy restaurants, akin to operating a standalone facility. Key responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, staff training, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations as well as internal policies. Additionally, the role involves coordinating special events, managing food and beverage cost controls, and fostering strong communication within the team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities and analytical skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and prestigious hospitality brand in a vibrant urban setting, offering room for local and national career advancement.
