Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of food and beverage management experience preferred
- Proficient in general computer knowledge including working knowledge of POS systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Desire to anticipate and understand customer needs
- Leadership and team management capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in general computer knowledge including POS systems
- Wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of food and beverage management experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of restaurants, in-room dining, and Grand Club lounge
- Schedule and forecast staffing needs
- Train and supervise food and beverage team members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and operating procedures
- Coordinate special events and banquets
- Control and monitor food and beverage costs
- Communicate effectively with team and guests to maintain high service standards
