Job Requirements

  • knowledge and experience as an assistant manager in a high-volume food and beverage environment
  • receptive to working in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
  • flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift and carry 25 lbs
  • ability to stand for long periods and bend, lift, and walk stairs
  • excellent communication skills
  • optimistic, collaborative, and flexible spirit
  • Basset certification
  • experience leading a team of 20
  • experience with POS systems

  • experience working as an assistant manager in a large theatre, music venue, or arena
  • Basset certified
  • experience with POS systems

Job Duties

  • assist the Food & Beverage Manager during events
  • deliver high-caliber customer service to guests
  • assign tasks to Food & Beverage staff during setup, breakdown, and events
  • assist bartenders with ID checks and POS troubleshooting
  • manage inventory and track supplies
  • support nightly POS system closeouts
  • direct patron flow to bars, merchandise lines, and coat check
