- experience in food and beverage management
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
- ability to train and supervise staff

Job Duties
- oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel
- schedule staff and manage labor forecasting
- train and develop food and beverage team members
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and all operating procedures
- coordinate special events within the hotel
- manage food and beverage cost controls
- communicate effectively with team and management
