Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Experience in cost control and budgeting
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in general computer knowledge including POS systems
  • Wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of Food and Beverage Management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication and team player abilities
  • Motivational leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of restaurants, in-room dining, and Grand Club lounge
  • Schedule and forecast labor and inventory needs
  • Train and develop food and beverage staff
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and hotel operating procedures
  • Oversee food and beverage cost control
  • Coordinate special events as needed
  • Lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding service
