Job Requirements

  • must obtain Long Branch Bar Card within 10 days of hire
  • 2-3 years prior supervisory or management experience
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • excellent problem solving skills
  • strong associate relations and conflict resolution skills
  • prior cash handling experience
  • experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management
  • experience with TOAST POS system
  • prior Serve Safe certification preferred
  • TIPS or CARE certification
  • able to work AM and PM shifts and weekends
  • CPR certification preferred

Job Qualifications
