Job Requirements
- must obtain Long Branch Bar Card within 10 days of hire
- 2-3 years prior supervisory or management experience
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- excellent problem solving skills
- strong associate relations and conflict resolution skills
- prior cash handling experience
- experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management
- experience with TOAST POS system
- prior Serve Safe certification preferred
- TIPS or CARE certification
- able to work AM and PM shifts and weekends
- CPR certification preferred
Job Qualifications
