The role of Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is pivotal to maintaining the high standards of hospitality that guests expect. Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager and other assistant managers, this position ensures smooth operations across restaurant and bar functions. The Assistant Manager oversees key operational areas such as staff training, scheduling, service quality, and administrative responsibilities, all aimed at delivering impeccable guest satisfaction. This role demands an individual with a passion for guest service, excellent interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Candidates for this position are expected to support various tasks beyond managerial duties. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience in hospitality or food and beverage management
- flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform side work as needed
- excellent interpersonal skills
- proficiency in micros operating system
- willingness to learn and maintain company service standards
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
