The Food & Beverage Assistant Director role at Hilton offers an exciting opportunity to support and elevate the hotel’s food and beverage operations. As a key leadership position reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, this role is responsible for overseeing all facets of the department including banquet and restaurant operations, guest service excellence, financial performance, and team development. The Assistant Director plays a critical role in crafting memorable guest experiences by ensuring high-quality service and product delivery, managing budgets, forecasting revenues, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Job Duties
- Support F&B operational strategy including guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, systems management, and financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Drive guest satisfaction strategy by leading development and implementation, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and continuous improvements
- Contribute to revenue growth by collaborating with F&B director and culinary teams to develop creative menus and marketing strategies
- Cultivate a high-performing team through engagement, retention, performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
- Uphold regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Manage and hold leadership staff accountable by mentoring, coaching, and enforcing performance standards
- Collaborate seamlessly with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
