Job Requirements
- Two year college degree and 2 years supervisory experience
- 1 year restaurant experience and 1 year supervisory experience
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
- Proven successful leadership and people skills
- History of obtaining budgeted results
- Pleasant personality who enjoys a team environment and is cordial in all communication
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must maintain valid driver's license and have good driving record
- Advanced computer skills including Internet, Excel, Google Suite, CBORD, Simphony or Micros POS
- Demonstrates ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to pass test to become Serve Safe certified

Job Duties
- Participates in proper hiring, orientation, evaluating, mentoring, and disciplining leading to employee and operational success
- Assists in the maintenance of effective internal controls within the department
- Deliver the high quality food service through existing programs
- Recommends equipment to be used and selection of food products
- Standardizes portions used and is responsible for the controlling of food, beverage, and labor costs
- Consistently supervises, manages, and inspects hourly employees to ensure readiness and ability to perform to company standards
- Ensures guest satisfaction through proper internal controls: employee interaction/engagement, pre- intern- post quality controls, touching tables, and temperature- portion weight –delivery checks
- Prioritizes employee, customer, and operational needs to ensure issues are handled quickly, effectively, and efficiently
- Opens and closes the location at a daily basis and preserves a safe, secure, and sanitary environment which fosters employee success
- Promotes positive open communication in a team environment
- Adheres to and displays company standards by personal example
- Manages the personnel scheduling/ shift cut backs/holiday planning to facilitate standard coverage and efficiency
- Manages the reconciliation of daily cash receipts and equivalents according to set policy standards
- Manages all necessary administrative office work and record keeping in an organized manner
- Inspects and administers employee uniform and personal hygiene standards
- Consistently documents in daily log all operational concerns
