The available full-time, non-exempt Food and Beverage Manager role at Lantana Golf Club is designed to manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations within the club. The successful candidate will play a vital leadership role in ensuring high-quality product delivery while maintaining operational standards focused on excellence and consistency. This position requires strong leadership capabilities to effectively lead the food and beverage team, ensuring service quality and efficiency. Job Duties
- Effectively lead staff to ensure quality service is delivered
- Continually follow up to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner and to the appropriate standards and that tools and equipment are operating properly
- Ensure staff receive proper safety and job skills training through group training, on-the-job training, communication, meetings, etc
- Assist in the selection, development, leadership and retention of talented food and beverage staff
- Assist in ensuring that financial targets are being met, and appropriate accounting procedures are being followed consistently
- Ensure food and beverage staff are providing excellent guest service
- Maintain constant communication between departments and keep other departments informed about special programs and events
