The current opening is for a managerial position within the Food & Beverage department, reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage. This role is integral in supporting and executing the property's F&B strategies by managing and coordinating service operations across all food and beverage outlets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other managers to drive sales performance, enhance guest satisfaction, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
The role demands excellent leadership capabilities as well as strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. The manager will lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a collaborative work environment where employees feel valued and empowered. Job Requirements

- 2-3 years of hospitality experience
- Preferably in food and beverage operations

Job Duties
- Support the direction of the Director of Food & Beverage in managing and coordinating food and beverage service of the property F&B outlets
- Collaborate with other managers in promoting sales of food and beverage products
- Manage and lead the team members of the F&B outlets
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction in all F&B operations
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Develop and implement strategies for improving service and sales
- Monitor inventory, costs, and staffing levels to optimize performance
