Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associate degree in a related field
- Minimum two years of food and beverage experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Ability to interact with guests and staff and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to perform mathematical computations including rates, ratios, and percents
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Strong mathematical skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
- Completion of ServSafe Alcohol training certification course

Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage the daily shift operations
- Support, administer, and manage operational goals while monitoring performance and profit objectives
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with managers any scheduling concerns focusing on guest satisfaction
- Assist in budget processes and provide recommendations ensuring departmental budget compliance
- Promote and demonstrate superior customer service and ensure team adherence to customer service standards
- Enforce gaming laws and food and beverage regulations applicable to the department
- Assist in developing procedures for food service and inspect menu items for customer satisfaction
- Support the F&B Outlet Assistant Manager to ensure sanitary and pleasant service
- Maintain cost control methods and inventory monitoring during shifts
- Perform administrative duties and ensure regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility
- Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
- Develop and deliver staff training and development programs
