Job Requirements
- high school graduate
- a minimum of six months of parking experience preferred
- availability to work second shift, third shift and/or weekends as required by location
- valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
- ability to communicate clearly and respond to questions
- ability to write clearly and interpret written information
- strong customer orientation and positive attitude
- ability to adapt to changes and unexpected events
- sound and accurate judgment
- ability to stand, walk, use hands regularly, occasionally sit, climb or balance, and lift or move up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction
- engage in the development of property level financial and operational goals
- assist in management of day-to-day activities including customer interaction, report completion, bank deposits, staff scheduling and supervision
- prepare month-end reports and audit cashier shift reports
- monitor and check employee time cards
- hire and train frontline staff
- review damage claims
- disburse petty cash and prepare annual budget
- courteously assist customers by answering questions
- assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks
- report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards or unusual occurrences to facility manager
- assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills
- maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks and freeways
- assist facility manager with other duties as needed
