Job Requirements
- Supervisory experience such as team lead or shift lead
- Previous experience in housekeeping and laundry operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example and support team performance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support the supervision of housekeeping and laundry staff during daily operations
- Assist in coordinating work schedules and task assignments
- Ensure all cleaning and laundry procedures meet company quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and laundry products
- Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and laundry output for cleanliness and quality
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members as needed
- Address and resolve minor staff or operational concerns, escalating when appropriate
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance with company policies
