  • Previous experience in housekeeping and laundry operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead by example and support team performance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a supervisory role
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to specified weight
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support the supervision of housekeeping and laundry staff during daily operations
  • Assist in coordinating work schedules and task assignments
  • Ensure all cleaning and laundry procedures meet company quality standards
  • Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and laundry products
  • Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and laundry output for cleanliness and quality
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members as needed
  • Address and resolve minor staff or operational concerns, escalating when appropriate
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance with company policies
