The role of Assistant Executive Housekeeper at the Drury Plaza Hotel is a dynamic and rewarding position designed for individuals dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, this position plays a critical part in overseeing the housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring every guest room, public area, meeting space, and department storage area meets or exceeds Drury’s quality benchmarks. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper helps foster a positive team environment and leads efforts to uphold integrity, hospitality, and outstanding customer service.

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the methods used for cleaning guest rooms and operating laundry services, including knowledge of proper chemical handling and use of commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, washers, and dryers. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the successful training and supervision of housekeeping staff, helping to elevate overall service levels and contribute directly to guest satisfaction and loyalty. Starting at $23 per hour, this position offers both stability and the possibility of quarterly bonuses of up to $3,200 annually, separate from the base pay. Job Requirements
