Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in hotel rooms management preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • capability to train and schedule staff effectively

Job Qualifications

  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • demonstrated ability to effectively interact with diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
  • 1-3 years of progressive hotel rooms management experience preferred

  • possesses strengths of high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership, effective communication, and ability to improve the bottom line
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

Job Duties

  • assist in oversight of housekeeping areas including public spaces and night cleaning
  • ensure adherence to safety and security policies
  • manage housekeeping and laundry supplies and inventory
  • assist in staff training, development, and scheduling
  • provide exceptional customer service especially for VIP and special guests
  • collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
