Job Requirements
- Possess identification authorization to work in the United States
- Minimum 2 years of progressive hotel rooms management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and mentor multicultural and multilingual teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and motivational leadership
- Clear and concise communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive hotel rooms management experience, preferably with Hyatt
- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
- Hotel or hospitality degree is an asset
- High energy and entrepreneurial spirit
- Motivational leader with effective communication skills
- Skilled in exceptional customer service and improving the bottom line
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Assist in short and long term planning and management of housekeeping operations
- Understand housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars
- Teach employees how to greet guests and solve guest requests courteously
- Maintain inspection program consistently
- Ensure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed
- Collaborate closely with all other departments
- Inspect some guest rooms daily
- Purchase linens and housekeeping supplies
- Stay current with latest housekeeping and laundry technologies
- Work with vendors to assure proper pricing, delivery, and maintenance
- Teach, supervise, and mentor multilingual and multicultural staff
- Ensure OSHA and ADA policies adherence
- Support turndown service and special needs of VIP guests
- Maintain proper staffing levels
- Coach and counsel employees reflecting Hyatt service standards and procedures
