Job Requirements
- minimum 2-3 years leadership experience in hotel housekeeping or rooms division
- hospitality degree preferred
- knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate teams
- experience in guest service and hospitality operations
- organizational and time management skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years min leadership experience in hotel housekeeping or rooms division, preferably in a luxury or Forbes-rated property
- degree in hospitality or hotel management preferred

- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- lead and inspire a housekeeping team including room attendants, turn down attendants, housepersons, and public area attendants
- conduct meticulous inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation
- oversee inventory management and ordering of housekeeping supplies
- develop and implement efficient departmental schedules
- participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing development of housekeeping staff
- collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- resolve guest concerns and operational issues with professionalism and discretion
