  • High energy and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Motivational leadership and effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in the oversight of housekeeping area including public spaces and night cleaning
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures
  • Manage housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars
  • Provide turndown service and attend to special needs of VIP guests and foreign dignitaries
  • Conduct staff training, development, and scheduling
  • Promote customer and associate satisfaction
  • Collaborate effectively with guests, team members, and other departments
