- prior experience in housekeeping or related hospitality roles
- ability to operate commercial cleaning and laundry equipment
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- availability for flexible scheduling

- knowledge of cleaning methods for guest rooms
- experience with laundry operations and commercial washing machines
- understanding of proper storage and use of cleaning chemicals
- ability to operate commercial vacuums, washers, and dryers
- demonstrated leadership capability in housekeeping settings

Job Duties
- assist the executive housekeeper with various housekeeping and laundry functions
- maintain exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction
- ensure high levels of quality in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, and storage areas
- uphold integrity, service, and hospitality standards with team members, customers, and co-workers
- lead the housekeeping team to achieve cleanliness and quality standards
- monitor proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
- operate cleaning and laundry equipment safely and effectively
