Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in housekeeping or related hospitality roles
  • ability to operate commercial cleaning and laundry equipment
  • knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
  • leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • availability for flexible scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of cleaning methods for guest rooms
  • experience with laundry operations and commercial washing machines
  • understanding of proper storage and use of cleaning chemicals
  • ability to operate commercial vacuums, washers, and dryers
  • demonstrated leadership capability in housekeeping settings
  • strong customer service skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • assist the executive housekeeper with various housekeeping and laundry functions
  • maintain exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction
  • ensure high levels of quality in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, and storage areas
  • uphold integrity, service, and hospitality standards with team members, customers, and co-workers
  • lead the housekeeping team to achieve cleanliness and quality standards
  • monitor proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
  • operate cleaning and laundry equipment safely and effectively
