Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or hotel laundry services preferred
- ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
- must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- strong team-oriented attitude
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
Job Qualifications
- thorough knowledge of guest room cleaning methods
- experience with laundry services
- understanding of cleaning chemical use and storage
- familiarity with cleaning equipment operation including vacuums and commercial washers and dryers
- ability to lead a housekeeping team
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry functions
- maintain exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction
- ensure high quality standards in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, and work areas
- oversee proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
- operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and commercial washers and dryers
- lead the Housekeeping team to achieve cleanliness and Drury standards
- uphold integrity, service, and hospitality with guests and coworkers
