Job Requirements

  • education relevant to hotel or hospitality management preferred
  • minimum 2-3 years experience in hotel rooms management
  • ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
  • capacity to lead and motivate team
  • attention to detail
  • customer service orientation
  • knowledge of safety and security policies
  • willingness to work varied shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel rooms management experience

  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
  • service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • hotel or hospitality degree is an asset

  • excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

Job Duties

  • assist in oversight of housekeeping areas including public spaces and night cleaning
  • ensure compliance with safety and security policies
  • manage housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars
  • provide turndown service and accommodate special needs of VIP guests and foreign dignitaries
  • train, develop, and schedule housekeeping staff
  • promote customer and associate satisfaction
  • collaborate effectively with guests, other departments, and team members
