Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum two years experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping
strong leadership abilities
excellent communication skills
computer proficiency
ability to manage scheduling and payroll
knowledge of marriott brand standards preferred

Job Qualifications

minimum two years experience in a similar position or three years as a housekeeping supervisor
excellent leadership skills
strong verbal and written communication skills
proficiency in computer use
knowledge of marriott brand standards a plus
passion for hospitality and customer service

Job Duties

insure housekeeping staff clean and maintain guest rooms and public spaces according to standards
assist executive housekeeper in department operations
conduct daily and monthly staff meetings
inspect staff work and provide guidance for improvement
manage staff work schedules based on occupancy
correct payroll for accuracy
provide clear direction and leadership to housekeeping staff
