Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years progressive hotel rooms management experience
  • High energy and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Effective communication abilities
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Proven ability to improve the bottom line
  • Knowledge of safety and security procedures
  • Prior experience with turndown service and VIP guest needs
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Hospitality or hotel management degree is an asset

Job Duties

  • Assist in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area including public areas and night cleaning
  • Ensure housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars are well managed
  • Follow all safety and security policies and procedures
  • Provide turndown service and attend to special needs of VIP guests and foreign dignitaries
  • Conduct staff training, development and scheduling
  • Promote an atmosphere that ensures customer and associate satisfaction
  • Collaborate effectively with guests, other departments, and team members
