Job Requirements
- 2+ years of culinary management experience with experience managing and writing prep lists
- valid driver's license to perform occasional duties such as shift coverage, meeting liquor license requirements, delivering catering orders, making supply runs, and traveling between locations
- experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
- experience managing a team and developing employees for leadership roles
- experience facilitating and executing effective training programs
- effective communication and organizational skills
- understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods and financial control
- ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shift
- physical ability to reach, bend, balance and transport up to 30 lbs repeatedly and lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in warm to very warm kitchen temperatures
