The Assistant Executive Chef role at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is a critical leadership position within the Food and Beverage department. This role supports the Executive Chef in managing the culinary operations across multiple venues while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. The Assistant Executive Chef will conduct inspections, address guest concerns related to food and beverage, and maintain cleanliness and operational standards in workstations. Certification from the American Culinary Federation as an Executive Chef is required, in addition to a relevant degree in culinary arts or food and beverage management.
