Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
or at least 3 years of experience in two of the following areas of hospitality including food and beverage, culinary, guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
ability to manage event operations and lead teams
knowledge of event service standards and compliance
ability to communicate service needs and manage inventories
strong problem solving and scheduling skills
familiarity with OSHA regulations
customer service orientation
leadership and training capabilities
commitment to brand standards and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
or 3 years of hospitality experience in two of the following areas: food and beverage, culinary, guest services, front desk, housekeeping
experience running a shift, scheduling, performance management, problem solving, day-to-day hospitality operations
ability to lead teams and communicate effectively
strong organizational skills
knowledge of OSHA regulations
experience with event and banquet service standards
